Digital Products
- No Returns or Exchanges: All digital products sold by Express Driving School, including but not limited to online courses, e-books, PDF guides, and downloadable content, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it is considered final.
- Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their order of a digital product before the product has been delivered or accessed. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues accessing or utilizing our digital products, please contact our support team for assistance. While we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, we are committed to ensuring that any technical problems are resolved promptly.
Physical Products
- Returns: Physical products (like printed materials, driving equipment, etc.) can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in unused, original condition.
- Exchanges: If a physical product is defective or damaged upon receipt, it can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund Process: Refunds for returned physical products will be processed once the item is received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Service Cancellation
- Driving Lessons and Courses: For cancellations of scheduled driving lessons or courses, we require a notice at least 24 hours in advance.
- Refunds for Services: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and at the discretion of Express Driving School.
